Hi,
I've been growing my starter for 5 days now. On the first two days, it was rising pretty normally. It went up, peaked, and started to come down. I fed it when it was hungry as well. However, at the third day, I started to see very little activity. There were bubbles rising to the top, but there were no bubbles on the side. It didn't rise either. I may have added a little extra water, but is that what caused the problem?
