Hello: I began my started with half and half ww and AP flour. I fed it AP flour on a 1:1:1 ratio and since the beginning it's had a sweet smell that does not seem right. I am on about day 14, and I've changed up the feeding flour (alternating AP and WW and both) but still not getting it to rise consistently OR lose the smell. I started out using organic AP flour and am now using KA AP flour.... And I am using spring water. I just can't figure out what's wrong and if this is something I can save or should I start over?
