Hi Barb,

Using the excellent KAF sourdough guide, I started a sourdough starter this week. While the first two days it would rise and expand quite a bit, the past two days my starter hasn't risen at all after feeding it. Am I doing something wrong? I switched from whole wheat flour to all-purpose after the first day of feeding it, and have been keeping on-schedule with the 2x a day feedings. Any advice you have would be much appreciated.

I just want to make nice bread. :(
