Hi Barb,
I started doing the alternate feeding schedule using 2:1:1 with Whole Wheat flour last night. This morning the starter rose significantly but as the day progressed, it has settled back down to half of what it was. Is this normal? Should I have done another feeding this morning instead of waiting a full 24 hours for the next feed, or is it ok for it to rise and fall like this?
