Hi there! I have been toying with my starter for a couple months now trying to get it right. So mine does not really rise up in the glass jar that I have it in. It just makes a lot of little tiny bubbles on the top. I have only made pancakes once with it. Why isn't it raising up in the container? Why doesn't it have big bubbles like it talks about in articles? I tried feeding it and put it in the fridge for a week, took it out fed it a couple times and then put it back in the fridge.
