I have been keeping my starter in the fridge and took it out today to feed it. (7 days) I've been feeding it 1 cup of unbleached flour and 1/2 cup plus 2 tblsp water. (boiled and cooled)
When I took it out this morning to feed it and popped the lid, it had a slight bluish tinge to it, but didn't smell bad or anything. I thought it did smell like sourdough. Is it still ok to use?
