Hi!
My starter is 6 day old, and I feed it every 24 hours.
I'm feeding it with bread flour and in a clear mason jar with plastic wrap on top.
Actually on day 2, it was very active so I fed it twice.
I've read that if I wanna delay the cycle of my starter a little bit, I can use cold water, so I fed it with cold water.
Next day, it rose but not dramatically but I fed it anyway. On day 4, my starter got separated, had a thin layer of water and it was very runny. I fed it again, 1:1:1 ratio, room temp water, in the evening it rose a bit and bubbly.
However, the next day, it didn't rise and was still runny, and got separated.
What should I do?
