Hello,
I am on day 5 with my starter. It looks good, but doesn't seem to be growing a lot; in fact, less so than a day or so ago. Yesterday was my first day of two feedings. I have it in a glass wide-mouth mason jar and it's less than three inches from the top at this point, so it's sizable, but not prolific. Any suggestions on how to encourage greater growth? And how to maybe shrink it a little so that I don't run out of room? I'm not sure if it's as simple as just discard a bit more during one of the feedings. Thanks so much!
