I made my starter using your instructions it doubled within 1st 24 hours, I removed 1/2 and fed it. Waited 24 hours, it had overflowed the quart jar. Removed 1/2 fed it. 3 hours later it is overflowing the quart jar again. Can it be ready this quickly.
