Hi there
I have been trying to make a sourdough starter for weeks I did one for 11 days and thought I killed it and now have two new ones on the go - I am losing hope - they bubble on the surface but I cannot get them to rise at all or pass a float test I have no idea what I’m doing wrong - I discarded and feed every 12 hours
