Hello, it's been about a week since I've started my sourdough starter. On day 2 there was a LOT of rise, however, now there is pretty no much rising in between feeding intervals. There are bubbles though and I can smell the sourness. Is my starter dead? How can I activated it? I've already switched to feeding it from 24 hour intervals to 12 hours and tried to keep it in a temperature between 75-85 fahrenheit. Help will be much appreciated!
