Hi Barb -- thank you for all the help you provide! My question is about mixing flours. I have a new (1 week old) whole wheat starter and I'd like to make a white flour loaf. Do I need to gradually turn the starter into a white flour starter, or can I just add it the way it is to my white sourdough loaf? Thank you!
