Hi Esther, I'm sorry it has taken me so long to reply to your question! I do think a high quality parchment paper that is suitable for baking to 450ºF is helpful, and you may also find that spraying the parchment lightly with baking spray will help prevent the parchment from melding to the dough. I also frequently use a lightly sprayed parchment round beneath my boule, which doesn't seem quite as likely to get caught in all the folds of dough. A lot depends on your Dutch oven baking method, and parchment paper isn't always necessary. Greasing the pot, and sprinkling the bottom with a coarse flour like cornmeal or semolina is another method of preventing sticking. I hope this helps!
