Hello!

I am a first-time starter mom haha. I got starter from my local baker and it was rising perfectly fine, I then used it to make and was left with very little - I feed it for about a week with 50grms of flour and 40-50grms of water - It is rising pretty well but there are very few bubbles. I am a little puzzled because when I first got it, it bubbled quite a bit.

Right now it seems a bit wet but I try reducing amount of water and it still not showing the bubbles, I expect from it (it does have a more sour smell - which is great for me).
