I'm not sure what is going on with my starter. I had just started it before this CV-19 began and flour disappeared from the shelves. It was lively and smelled great, got one loaf out of it. I couldn't keep it up with 2x daily feedings since I could not longer buy flour so I put it into the fridge and decided to feed it once a week. When I took it out the first time, removed 240g, feed it, 12 hours later it bubbled but no rise. Put it back in the fridge and left it for another week. Took it out and tried again, still no rise. It's been a week now of going back to 2x day feedings, and I'm almost out of whole wheat flour (still none on the shelves) and getting low on APF as well. It still smells good, bubbles nicely, but no rise. At this point, unless you have something for me to try, I'm thinking of just tossing it and starting back up when people stop hoarding flour.

Any suggestions?
