Help! I had a lovely healthy starter that I’ve been nurturing but I accidentally put it all into my dough, which has been kneaded and is now proving. The dough has a little salt and olive oil added to it. In desperation I’ve tried to build the starter from what was left in my container with a teaspoon of flour and water but I was also wondering if it is possible to use part of my dough, will the olive oil and salt be a problem? Would love any tips that will save me from starting all over again! Thanks
