I am following your directions, however I only had AP flour. After 7 days I never got the doubling in size, so I did your "alternative feeding method" for the last 2 days...nothing just some bubbles. I am doing it by weight with a scale. I am keeping it in the oven with the light on, which averages around 73 degrees. Should I start over?
