So far I've seen most sources say that you need to keep the starter at room temperature. Now I see you state the specific range of 70-80ºF. This is a bit of a concern for me, because where I live in Europe normal room temperature is somewhere between 16-18ºC (60-64ºF), which could explain why my starter takes so long to get going. Since I don't have a place that's consistently warmer than this: is this a big problem? Could I "jump-start" the starter by warming it in the sun during the day as an alternative?
