I’m having the same issue as Becky but I’m using only KAF, started with whole wheat and transitioned to AP. I too tried keeping it in the oven with the light on and added some whole wheat flour to a few feedings but I’m still not seeing much rise. Lots of bubbles on top but overall the starter is almost soupy looking. I’ve been following the 113:113:113g measurements, using filtered water, feeding it every 12 hours but here I am on day 10 and there’s no way it’s even close to being ready. Any idea what could be going on (since the quality of the flour isn’t my issue)? Thanks!
