Hi Faleh, I apologize for the delay in responding to your question and sincerely hope that you are seeing some bubbling and rising by now! What temperature water are you using? As long as it's not very warm water, it should be fine, but ideally I would stick to water in the 70-80ºF range. The fact that you're seeing no bubbling or rising at all mystifies me a bit. At this point you're already following the alternative recipe I've recommended for starters that have hit a lull in rising, so you could continue as you are doing now, perhaps reducing the amounts a little to save on flour. Eventually I would expect that your starter will begin to ferment and rise. If you've given up hope on this one, you could try Debra Wink's Pineapple Juice Solution, which might get you off to a better start. Good luck, and let us know how it goes!
