Very new to this but last week (Thursday) I started my starter 1/4 cup flour/water mix cover...every day 1Tbs f/w morning and night, on sunday it started to bubble. I was over joyed, continued feedings but now its flat, sort of glue consistancy but no bubbles...no activity at all really. What am I doing wrong?
