Hi Della, I apologize for the delay in responding to your question! By now you've probably had time to notice if your starter is bubbling or not, but if you haven't seen any bubbling, you might want to consider starting over. However, normal feeding will replenish the wild yeast and bacteria in your starter even if you managed to kill off a few organisms, so as long as you're seeing some bubbling there shouldn't be any harm in continuing.
