Hi Prisca, I don't think there's any issue with stirring in the hooch so early on, so I wouldn't worry about it. You certainly didn't ruin your starter! In a long-neglected starter that has very dark hooch on top, I would generally pour off the hooch before attempting to revive the starter, but you're not likely to run into this during the creation process.
