Hi, I'm just starting at sourdough....my first 2 loaves were fairly dense with larger holes near the top....it was very good, very chewy....more like bagel texture...but I wasn't trying for that:). Now my starter seems very liquid and I am trying to make a new sponge....and the sponge is also very liquid...is this normal? thanks
