I hate to admit this, but my starter has been in the frig for a year-ish neglected and not fed. It was from a starter kit ordered thru King Arthur. I took it out and looked at it, there is no liquid, but appears to have a brown fuzz (mold?) across top. It smells wonderfully nice and sour and yeasty do you think I could revive it or would you suggest to start over? I have a picture I could share.
