Hello! I started my sourdough starter on Sunday, March 29, and have been following the instructions, feeding it properly the 1:1:1 ratio. However, my starter has still not risen. It smells fruity and has some bubbles, but there is no increase in volume. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have been experimenting with changing locations where I store it, using lukewarm water instead of cold and still no change. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
