Hi, my starter is on day 5. Day 4 it had doubled in size for both its feedings and this AM is rose only about a half inch. no liquid on top and still bubbly. I am afraid to not feed it, so I will feed it now (a couple hours late) and hope for the best. Is it ok if it doesnt always rise significantly?
