I just threw out a starter that was only 48-50 hours old because it had mold on it. My kitchen is cold, so part of the time it was in the oven with the light on, reaching about 90 degrees at one point. Do you have any thoughts on whether the temperature or time would have caused the mold growth? Thanks!
