Help! My starter has been VIBRANT and super active for a couple of months now. And I recently got into the groove of baking every two weeks. So in the meantime I store it in the fridge. Once per week, I pull it out of the fridge, let it adjust to room temp for a few hours, feed it, and then a couple of hours later put it back in the fridge. Well. I baked last week and just decided to stay at room temp afterwards and in the past few days I'm not sure what happened but my starter feels like it's going FLAT! I store it in the oven with the light on and the door cracked. We've been having some warmer days so I thought maybe that might be too warm, so I let them sit on the kitchen counter. Still no better. I typically feed a tablespoon of flour and a tablespoon of water, but today I even did 2 of each to see if it just needed more, still no better. No rise and barely any bubbles. A couple of days ago I even took a fair amount OUT of my starter to see if it was just getting lazy and needed a good dump of a fair amount of starter. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what's happening but I miss my huge-rising wildly bubbly starter and I don't know how to get it back! Any tips appreciated!
