I need advice or maybe just encouragement. My dough boy (starter) is unbleached white flour. All I could get. I have been following the instructions 1:1:1 113g. Day 3 I had some rising and a thin line of hooch in the middle. Just stirred it in and started the double feedings. Today is day 7 everyday is just the same. Small bubbles, tangy, yeasty smell and that’s it. No rising at all. Feeding every 12 hours approximately. I’ve read everything here and I think I should just keep going but need someone to let me know! Seems like I may keep going to infinity and beyond.
