I’m on day 8 of my starter. I 1st started of in a m jar but the opening was to small, switched to bowl then now a widemouth m.jar. I don’t know if it rises somewhere in between there I couldn’t tell. I use AP flour 120g and 120g flour also did have to switch brands of AP. Today it’s clumpy and elasticity is present in jar. Is it ready even though it hasn’t rise? Just slightly bubbly. Yeasty smell. Or do I keep feeding every 12 hours?
