I've been tending to my starter for over two and a half weeks and I'm just not seeing it rising. Around day 14 or so, I noticed it really wasn't bubbling anymore either. Yesterday, I decided to give it a feeding of whole wheat instead of AP and it LOVED that, nearly doubled in size, but when I went back to AP for the second feeding of the day, it rose less than a centimetre overnight. Should I do more whole wheat feedings? Did I mess this up somehow?
