Hello, does where you live affect how your wild yeast sourdough starter grow? I have made 5 attempts to grow my own wild yeast starter with no good results. Since I am gluten and lectin free, I use a combination of Cassava, Almond, Coconut and Arrowroot and distilled water to start my yeast starter and then use Sorghum to feed it regularly. I get some bubbles but the starter never rise even after 6 weeks of consistent feedings. I live on the west coastline and the temperature here is around high 60s/low70s. Thank you.
