Hello, I’m on day 9 of my starter and I don’t believe that it’s rising. It’s bubbly, but I haven’t seen any marks on the container higher than where it moved up when stirred during feedings. I’ve been feeding it 70g AP flour and 70g water every 24 hours (5-6pm). It sits out on my counter top, with a plastic lid covering it loosely. My house is set at 70*. Is this normal and I just need to be patient, or have I messed up somewhere?
