Hello, it is my first time trying a starter dough.....I am 19.......and I am day 3 of my starter dough........on day 1 I weighed 70g of strong white bread flour....and 70ml of regular warm tap water, and mixed thoroughly (with an electric whisk)....and left it in an air tight jar for 24 hours.......then I added another 70g of flour and 70ml of warm water, and again mixed......I started it Tuesday, it's now Friday........everyday at around 7pm I've been adding 70g of flour and 70ml of warm water and mixing thoroughly.........there are small bubbles when looking at the jar from from the side, and small ontop.......I'm just wondering if this is a good sign.....and am doing it right!
