My starter developed a grey looking mold or something on the sides of the bowl. I scooped out a bit from the middle and transferred to a new bowl and fed it. Did I need to? Or was that a good move? Another question...do you need to transfer to a clean bowl after it’s been in there during those first 6-10 days? Thanks for the help!
