My starter is 5 days old and there is not much progress. Not many bubbles, if any And it doesen’ t seem to grow. There is no smell at all. My kitchen is quite cool about 68. I’m in Ohio so we are experiencing a very cold winter. What do I do if anything? I’m using OO FLOUR (50%) mixed with wheat flour (50%). I am discarding all but three tbsp.starter and feeding once a day at PM.
