I started a new starter 14 days ago following King Arthur instructions. It did have some activity in the first few days but then went in to a lull. It smells OK and has a few bubbles on top but no rise. I keep it on counter top and feed APF 2x a day but my kitchen is cool below 70. Should I continue? I have been successfull in making KA Rustic Sourdough bread using 1 1/2 tsp yeast with this starter. This is my first time with sourdough.
