My husband accidentally cooked my starter in the exact way mentioned in the blog. I had it in the ovenneith the light on and he tuened on the oven. It overflowed at 210F and started to smoke. This reminded him it was in there. He took it out and put it in the sink to cool. I let it sit there over night. The next day I gave it a good stir emptied all but 4 ounces of it. Fed it and waited. IT LIVED!!!! And so will my husband....LOL
