Hello, After I feed my starter it bubbles up and then develops a grey color. Is this hooch? From what I keep reading hooch is a liquid over the top. I see no liquid just has a grey color to it mostly on the top layer. I tried to keep up feeding it, one day it was fine again and then grey came back. Thanks for your feedback.
