Hi Soni, continue with the regular feedings for a few more days before you start getting concerned. The sour flavor/smell sometimes don't develop until days 10-12 (although it's usually present by day 7). If you get to the day 10 range and still find you're not getting a sour smell, you can try giving your starter a feeding with whole wheat flour. This sometimes kickstarts the activity and then you can go back to regular feedings with all-purpose flour. Hang in there! Kye@KAF
