hi
just started making a sourdough starter. after 2 days it had fermented up to the top of the kilner, so i took the lid off before I went to bed and it collapsed - that was nearly 2 weeks ago - have had a brown liquid form so halved it and added more flour 100g then another 100g with some more water - still not bubbled back up. any idea what to do next - other than chuck more flour in ????
