I learn to make delicious Sourdough Pita Breads:) My process takes 35-40 days to make 4 cups of starter using AP Flour. Also I keeped in the refrigerator actually I never tight the Jar's lid just (couple turns) I believe a small starter and equal feeding might take some time...but the results can be awesome for Sourdough lovers:)
