I toss in the Italian herb mix into the dry mix along with some roasted garlic and rub the dough with a garlic oil before topping with the cheese.
Been baking lot over 4 years now and this recipe is in our top three! Eager to try using some pesto vs the oil..or toss in some sun-dried tomatoes.
