I just made these as an entry for the “weeknights” sweepstakes with almost half the flour being white whole wheat (a favorite here). Happy with the results! But I’d really like to try this again with some rye. I have both white rye and pumpernickel flours on hand (and will eventually restock some medium rye). Any suggestions on if / how to make a rye substitution?
