I'm a little unclear about how to place the loaves for baking if I want to make the two larger loaves rather than 4 smaller ones. It seems they would be too long to position with the cut side up, as instructed, but otherwise, the spiral with all that lovely cheese wouldn't show. Am I missing something? Would it work if I rolled from the short end and cut it in half, and had two rounds of a much larger diameter?
