Connie, I completely understand your question but I'm not sure Annabelle@KAF Baker Hotline did. From the photos, it looks like the 4 mini loaves are about 3 - 4" when cut which doesn't seem unreasonable to bake on the cut side (cinnamon roll style) but I'd be concerned about trying 6 - 8" cut side. Maybe cut into 3rds?
