Dear Sir/Madam, if I am making white sandwich bread but not including MILK and EGG in the recipes (only basic ingredient - bread flour + yeast + sugar + salt + water ), what would be the result.
Would the quality of softness / fluffy / taste be affected ?
I read some recipes which NOT using milk and egg, but the outcome is still perfectly good. What is your view ? Thank you.
