Hi Lucy, thanks for your positive feedback. We're glad to hear you're no stranger to our recipes or our flour. Our recipes go back to the early days of our company — we were founded in 1790 and have been baking ever since. The date of the very first recipe might be lost to time, but you can count on the fact that our history has been filled with delicious recipes of all kinds.
