We've heard that aquafaba is practically a miracle ingredient and can be used in many surprising ways... like to make egg-free meringue. We've played around with it a bit in the test kitchen and hope to do more thorough testing to find out the best ways to use this curious liquid. Stay tuned! Kye@KAF
